Each dorm or cell and the surrounding area must remain neat and clean at all times. Each inmate is responsible for his dorm/cell and the surrounding area. Nothing is to be posted or glued on walls, mirrors, bars or windows. No writing or drawing on walls or ceilings is permitted.

A lot of rules are to learn for the bootcamp inmates:


They are named "ghosts" when they are in this white uniforms in the first weeks:

new bootcamp inmates they are called ghosts
Bootcamp inmates must be fully dressed (inmate uniform or pajamas) and clothing must be worn appropriately (pants up around the waist)
